Unstuck collects nothing. There is no account, no server, and no analytics. What you type never leaves your iPhone — we could not read it even if we wanted to, because there is nowhere for it to go.
Nothing. Unstuck has no backend. The app does not talk to a server we operate, because we do not operate one. There is no sign-up, no login, and no user profile. We have no way to identify you and no way to see your tasks.
All of this lives in the app's private storage on your device:
Deleting the app deletes all of it. There is no copy anywhere else.
Task breakdowns, step splitting and the coach's lines are generated by Apple's on-device foundation model. Your text is processed by the chip inside your iPhone. It is not sent to us, and it is not sent to Apple. You can confirm this yourself: the app works in Airplane Mode.
Messages you paste into Tone check are analysed on your device by the same on-device model, and are not stored after you leave the screen. This is deliberate — the whole point of the feature is that you can paste something private and nobody sees it.
The coach uses your iPhone's built-in speech synthesiser. Nothing is recorded. Unstuck never requests microphone access and cannot listen to you.
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device, only when you tap "Call me back" on a step. There is no push server, so nobody outside your iPhone knows a reminder exists.
Unstuck Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple handles the payment and we never see your card, address, or Apple Account details. Apple provides us with anonymous, aggregated sales reports — how many copies sold in which country — which cannot identify anyone.
There are none. Unstuck contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, and no tracking of any kind. We do not share data with anyone, because we do not have any.
Unstuck is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone, of any age.
Regulations such as GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export or delete the personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to hand over or erase. Your own data is on your device and entirely under your control — deleting the app removes it.
If this policy ever changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change ever means Unstuck starts collecting something, we will say so plainly in the app before it happens.
