Breakdowns run on Apple Intelligence, which needs to be switched on and finished downloading. Check Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri and make sure it's enabled. The first download can take a while on Wi-Fi, and the model won't run while your iPhone is in Low Power Mode.
Apple Intelligence needs iPhone 15 Pro or newer. On older iPhones everything else in Unstuck still works, but breakdowns and Tone check can't run.
iOS ships with a basic voice and hides the good ones behind a download. Go to Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices → English and download a voice marked Premium — Ava and Zoe are both excellent. Unstuck picks up the best installed voice automatically, or you can choose one in Unstuck's own Settings → Voice.
Open Unstuck → Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it on. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so they follow you to a new iPhone.

On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Unstuck → Cancel. Deleting the app on its own doesn't cancel it. No hard feelings and no exit survey.
Tasks are stored on your device only, so they don't survive deleting the app or moving to a new iPhone. That's the flip side of never uploading anything. If they vanished without you deleting anything, please email us — that would be a bug and we'd want to know.
Delete the app. Everything goes with it, because there is no copy anywhere else — see the Privacy Policy.
Tap Give me different steps on the plan, or Too big — split it on any single step. The model runs on your iPhone, so it's smaller than a cloud model and occasionally odd. If it's consistently unhelpful for something, tell us what you typed and we'll tune it.
