By using Unstuck you agree to what's below. It's short, and written to be read rather than skipped.
Unstuck takes a task you have been avoiding, breaks it into small steps, and keeps you company while you work through them. That's it.
Unstuck is not a medical device and not a treatment. It does not diagnose ADHD or any other condition, it does not treat anything, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, therapist, or any other qualified professional.
If you are struggling, please talk to a real person who can help. An app that chops up your to-do list is not a replacement for care.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. You can view, manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — we have no access to your payment. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Steps are generated by an on-device model. It is usually helpful and sometimes wrong, odd, or funnier than intended. Use your own judgement, and please don't do anything unsafe because an app suggested it.
Tone check gives an opinion about how a message reads. It is a second pair of eyes, not a guarantee about how anybody will actually react.
Whatever you type stays yours and stays on your device. We claim no rights over it, and as described in the Privacy Policy we never receive it.
Task breakdowns and Tone check require an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, with it enabled. Everything else works on any supported iPhone. We cannot control Apple's device requirements and they may change.
Please don't try to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, and don't use it to produce anything unlawful. Ordinary personal use is exactly what it's for.
Unstuck is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country, which apply regardless of what this page says.
Unstuck is distributed through the App Store, so Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies alongside these terms. Where the two conflict, Apple's agreement wins.
If these terms change we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
